Three Sixty Sour
YOU NEED
2 cl Three Sixty Vodka (infused with ginger, lemon grass, lime leaves and green tea)
10 g of cucumber
4 g of ginger
1 cl white cane sugar syrup
1 cl of lime juice
15 g egg white
ice cubes
Preparation: Put all ingredients into a shaker and shake for 20 seconds. Strain the foam into the micro cocktail glass.
